A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted. Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Beach Tonic and you accept the terms and conditions of this booking.
Bookings made more than 60 days prior to check-in date, require a 50% deposit to be paid within 5 days from the date of booking to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to check-in date.
Bookings made within 60 days of check-in date will require 100% payment to confirm the reservation. Failure to pay within 5 days will result in the booking being released.
Cancellation Policy
All Bookings cancelled inside 60 days prior to travel are non-refundable.
Bookings with deposit paid and that are cancelled 60 or more days prior to travel, the deposit is non-refundable.
Fully paid bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to travel, are non-refundable.
Beach Tonic is not responsible for any acts of nature i.e. Earthquake, Floods, etc. or flight cancellations. In the event of cancellation due to “acts of nature” the above cancellation policy applies.
Booking Conditions
No fireworks are allowed to be used on the property.
No parties or large group gatherings allowed, unless prior notification is given and all arrangements are agreed upon by owners prior to guest check-in. We request you speak to the Villa staff or connect with property owners for any visitation by outside guests.
